About Meditation Tralee

Meditation has been a big part of my life for many years and in the last three years I have been teaching meditation to groups and individuals in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland helping people to use meditation as a means of alleviating stress and achieving calm and balance.  My teaching is influenced by many different types of meditation practices from  Zen, Buddhism, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Kirtin Kriya to Sufism.

As a busy person, I understand how people can put their  need for rest and relaxation well  below  the needs of their jobs, study and family.  Yet by learning to meditate and practicing regularly, one can learn to access a calm state of mind which allows one to tap into a limitless font of energy, creativity and intelligence which can benefit all other facets of life.  I teach forms of meditation which are quick and easy to learn and which can be integrated into one’s lifestyle easily.
